Biography

Eros DeSouza received his Ph.D. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. His research interests include gender roles and sexual assault, social action/social change, sexual harassment, personality and culture (cross-cultural research on minority groups). Currently, he is conducting research on gender-related issues. He has published articles in many journals including Sex Roles, Journal of Law and Business, and Journal of Cross-Cultural Behavior.
