BiographyRoberta Seelinger Trites served as acting dean of the College of Arts and Sciences and associate dean prior to that. . She is also an Associate Professor of English where she teaches Children’s and Adolescent literature. She earned her Ph.D. from Baylor University. She is the author of Waking Sleeping Beauty: Feminist Voice in Children’s Novels (1999) and Disturbing the Universe: Power and Repression in Adolescent Literature (2000). Her research interests are feminist, children’s, and adolescent literature. | |
